Agreed! and by them putting off the suspense until December 2009, only buys them time for the next PR 'Hook'

Progress is noted when SEEN not ASSUMED.

These pennies/Pinks are all alike and why I no longer invest in them long enough to lose.

But the SEC is currently revamping the Trade Rules to include "Retail Shares" to follow the same guidelines.

No more will these Pennies and Pinks proceed while unregulated, as they have done for so long.

This is the SEC's attempt to not only restore investor confidence in their mere existence, but also crack down on Penny/Pink Frauds and their over exaggerated PR claims.

(I think the real reason for the crack down is that the government got tired of “unnecessary spending”/refunding capital losses back to investors who've lost money on these damn shyster companies that been slipping by on the SEC's watch.)
