The deal will go through. It's just that CYDM will have tol dilute to give us the dividends.

However, it is still free stock and we should all be getting at least a $100-$500 dividend from this. Same with Spoofem.


I am under the impression that you have to hold your stock that you have until you get the new shares once the ex-date passes. Is this correct?
