I'M LATE (several days) but you are more right than you may know.
Each and every time I get R/S'ed by these damn pinks, not only do I lose market value since the higher PPS that follows the R/S almost always tanks back down to where it was before the R/S where when multiplied by my lower R/S'ed share count, the market value is a fraction of what I had before the R/S, (The company keeps the difference), but also $20 is deducted from my brokerage account to pay for the so-called "Reorganization Fee". So this R/S costs investors money on both ends.
-And why I no longer invests in the pinks.
The maintenance of them have cost me more time and money than they're worth.
And serves me right for ever getting involved.
Maintaining TRUTHS requires 'little to no effort' than Maintaining LIES.
