Mornin'...I THINK THIS OF INTEREST TO ALL....
Good mornin' all...thought to share this stuff from last night HERE before going on to the boards.
I think you will find this encouraging as it confirms what I'm sure has been a concern with us all. The offerings to the DTC from the shareholder meeting last year were not to anyone's liking; except for the DTC and company. The R/S and the # of shares being offered etc. were a concern to all shareholders.
When whatever pre-shareholder meeting agreement was than subsequently renigged on by the DTC (or so it seems obvious) it was speculated that the "offerings" to the DTC were also withdrawn but never verified until last night. The letter referenced is on the website and it's from the lawyers spelling out the whole offering and reasoning for it. The date of the letter is 8-28-08 and is in the Timeline section on the website.
I think most shareholders will appreciate this:

That's a good one, will send it. It clearly addresses one question as, "Has the company made any efforts?" It shows again how you bent every which way to appease the DTC; now, with a bit of luck, you can withdraw any such offering to the DTC, if you haven't already.
