In a continuing effort to clean up a corporate mess that existed with BBDA .CEO Brian Weber has announced that after review with both legal team and corporate advisors , Bebida Beverage Company will stay as a ACTIVE Wyoming Company . The Corporate executive team has been changed to represent the new CEO & VP . All shares that have been sold have been consolidated into Wyoming company. Nevada & Delaware both have registered Corporations under Bebida Beverage Company these companies will have NO shares outstanding and NO active business. We will continue to renew and keep both of these corporations in good standing for the sake of protecting the Namesake. Nothing has changed per my last Video pertaining to the share cap we have set a 7 billion share cap with there currently just over 5 billion out. We will not be changing the Wyoming listing from unlimited to this amount until the annual renewal is due.
Also.
Although we have not settled on a new website yet . We have gained access only to the C panel and have removed any signs of the former ownership. We will have the site done soon. Pk Sheets will soon be able to get done, as well as many of you intelligent people know, We did not have a product to ship or sell until June 8th 2009, Directly after my meeting in NYC with PK reps we were given all the information needed to move out of Caveat Emptor. However just days after we arrived back to NC we were told we needed Financials as well. Anyone with basic math skills can tell if we received product on June 8th and have done nothing but spend our money for 2 months financials are thin. So it
was decided to wait a few weeks and get some pending income and product moving. We initially were shooting for June 30 ,But have pushed it back to July 15 ,So we will get the financials done soon after and settle the PK issues.
Bebida Beverages “Piranha Water” Official water of ASA Late Model Series!
Bebida Beverages Company CEO Brian Weber announced today effective next week at Salem Indiana “Trials 200” Piranha Water will be provided to all the competitors as the official water of the ASA Late Model Series “Challenge Events”. “Through these economically challenging times I know as a former competitor and team owner every little bit helps when competing week in and week out” said Brian Weber.” It also gives us traveling exposure for our products as they travel the tour and helps seed the product in area’s we have not yet covered”. Added Brian. All the competitors participating in the free water program will have a Piranha Water Decal on their car and the series will use banner signage at the speedway!
“The ASA Late Model Series is happy to have added Piranha Water to its list of contingency sponsors as we navigate through these tough times. This is also a good entry point for bigger and better things to come in the future as we continue to build our fan base and team base” Said Ron Varney ASA President.
Piranha Water is a product of Bebida Beverage Company. Bebida Beverages Co was recently purchased by former NASCAR Nationwide Series driver/owner Brian Weber and is now in full production and available as a 20 0z purified drinking water. Piranha Water is also the Co-Sponsor of ASA Challenge competitor Dillon Oliver .
