Sorry to chirp in here but I have to disagrre on that. Lee has made purchases like that before, they turned out to be either phantom purchases that fell through, or properties for his own personal use/gain.

Just be careful going forward here Capstar/Mick, its even going to be very hard to flip with only 2.5mm in the float, and if Lee starts P&Ding again it will be near impossible until its too late.

PS - Remember how he was going to capitalize on the Katrina rebuild? Why would a flat realestate market prove any different.
