But it being done quietly ...

Once some noise starts being made, there will be a lot of people wondering how this got by their scans ...

We do not have the typical banter that is associated with accumulate/dump trading IMO ...

We do not have the interest of information dissemination yet to get a momo started ...

The accumulation is being done with little fanfare ... and that will make it's impact all the more intensive and effective IMO ...

Let the accumulation continue ... quietly. If I sell some EXPU, I may be part of the accumulation sans overt enthusiasm.
