He's buying exiciting Companys' that will pay off big time in the future for us. It is okay to use shares if it is for the purpose on building a healthy Company which he is doing I believe.
Keep the Company riff-raff free and build the empire! I feel he is using Company assests very, very wisely and is in the right industry at the right time!!!
Cyber-crime is a very serious problem as we see even in the current headlines and what is happening to our government agencies.
I believe it is the new way of warefare and Greg just might be our General PATTON!!!
