You know funny thing is some folks on the board say Doug Furth controls 300 million shares? restricted shares....

Furth has had a lot of past trouble with:
GWS Technologies
Blue Chip (RE: Ever Glory Internatioanl EGLY)
Bimms Renewable energy

I found few other interesting things searching SECinfo.com , I need to read over before I post.

I am not saying Furth did not have counter suits and ongoing legal issues back n forth with these companies, what I AM SAYING is Doug Furth has had minimum 3 public companies make similiar allgeations of stock manipulation... IMPO when there is a lot of smoke youll soon enough find some fire.... Why do all of these public companies wind up filing lawsuits and making allegations of stock fraud when he is supposed to a consultant working for the company? Something not right with this picture.... IN MY PERSONAL OPINION
