Nearly every pinksheet talks about fully reporting and moving to OTCBB but in most cases it never happenes and is just part of their pump and dump scenario.

My advice: Keep away from companies which have no revenues from operational business and don't sell any products! I have learnt this myself the hard way!!!

Actually SFIO has costs but no income - keep this in mind: They are burning your hard earned money trying to produce e-cigs but the economical success is still very questionable!
