oaps222-is there a possibility of dilution or commons being canceled--well is there a possibility of me winning the mega-bucks lotto tonight--yes to both but I am more likely to be struck by lightening- did not own any Hercules or Ashland but I will humor you a bit--Hercules had massive debt( more than assets)Rogerson set up the sale of BetzDearborn(acquired by Hercules in 1998)to Dow then paid off debts ,trimmed the fat ,brought the company to profitability and set up the sale to Ashland--Hercules shareholders were paid $18.60 per share cash for their stock AND also received .093 of a share of Ashland for every share of Hercules stock- don't believe thats dilution but I wish I had been on board-this is all good but has nothing to do with cemjq other than Rogerson --he WILL get the job done--did DD before buying 100k( bought more since) and before I came to I hub and everything that has come out since then is good and right on schedule--the DD on this board is second to none and if you are following it I don't know why dilution and the commons dead horse are an issue for you- relax and get ready to make some money- I did not intend on offending you-sorry I'm in@.03,.04,.205,.355 its all good
