That is know as the "DEATH SPIRAL" for a company to take $ on most of those terms offered, you are in my opinion 100% right about that.

Although, don't you think these guys [family] well know better since they are seasoned business men, if they should do something like that I would assume they are doing it on purpose to sell the company down the river and screw the share holders---I DON'T THINK THESE ARE THE TYPE OF PEOPLE TO DO THAT AND ALSO, I THINK THEY WANT TO CREAT A LEGEND.
