I concur with Poster44NY. The stock was beat down for the following reasons as indicated in his post. How long can it hold is the question. A good merger partner should do it IMO.

We can see why the SP was beaten down...maybe too much but inertia can take a stock too far..up or down...

HA suit
Delta suit
debt
high fuel costs
diluting 5x
