Not sure anymore. Ive been here since 2001 and through 3 RSs. Averaged down a couple of times but not anymore. Looks like Lee is out of the woodwork again, the dumping should start by fall. With only 12mm OS and even less in the float any investor should wonder if any sort of volume shows up here.
