Global Elitist/Military plan to release deadly virus into the world to control the run-away world population growth.Population of the world increasing by one billion about every 15 years.
It would take years to immunize everyone in the world--by that time hundreds of millions,or more,of the third world impoverished would be died,since they would be last on the list to receive vaccine.
