How can one in 2 months time expect to change in corporate governance to meet some of your criteria? "You claim Mangement has broken promises that are incalculable as well as inforgiveable". How do you arrive at those commennts when in July 22 you wrote <"Actually for Sunncomm to have acheived what they have, with no money and up against a well financed and influential competitor such as Macrovision, it is almost a miracle that they have emerged as an Industry equal. I can't imagine how all of this accidentally occured without someone pretty sharp at the helm.>
Maybe the summertime was used to negotiate, expand and enhance the positioning of Sunncomm on order to be in a better revenue producing position. Maybe the priority of your expectation or belief was considered but adjusted according to priority, that management deemed was paramount.
I certainly feel there is some justification in your view, but your latest comments show some unrealistic expectation timewise!
Why not wait out the 3rd quater and see if there were not changes made.
In any case, I am on my way out till next week!
Be well!
