I have alway expected revenue would be sitting in Accounts Receivable with the usual sixty day billing cycle. Puppman messaged that he understood the billing cycle to be ten days.

If Puppman is right then wouldn't there be a profit? I would hope Parsons is going to be very frugal with the Cash Flow and start building a moat.
