The focus has been on the industrial kits previous to the retail ones. The Canadian Army has purchased the stingers believe it was early adopter and now the US army is testing explosive kits.
If you have followed any of my posts I was critical of fluffy PR's. That US military PR was no fluff period, in fact best PR in my memory. The pattern is evident now, always has been industrial first retail to follow.
Patience, Aiming4 is one of the best posters on here but ask and I think you'll find even he agrees times are improving.
The US military PR had me floored, looong time coming cdnkid. Yes aiming4 is still correct it won't magically happen overnight but the light at the end of the tunnel is there for all to see.
Retail is being tested for strength if FDA approval is needed I doubt you will see much hesitation on either side the spent kits are benign and recyclable.
