Let me ask you, since you aren't a Wavoid, what evidence do you have? (I'm wondering if you've really followed the matter for very long.)
Have you heard both sides? Do you know about Bingoman's meeting with me?
Have you ever been on a jury? A jury (either criminal or civil) gets to hear both sides. They weigh the evidence. In a criminal case they have to believe, beyond a reasonable doubt, in the accused person's guilt to find him/her guilty. In a civil case, normally they decide based on a preponderance of evidence. In no case do they decide without hearing both sides.
In the HBG = HhH case, we don't even know what the evidence is, other than a posting on MIT Technology Review's forum. Is there any other evidence? We don't even know who posted this, since the poster signed himself/herself as "Shameus Markleton" which was probably a pseudonym.
Some Wavoid found this post, probably using Google. (However, my guess is that "Shameus" is/was a Wavoid, too. Otherwise, how would "Shameus" know about HhH?)
HhH is hated by the Wavoids, so anything he says is suspect. Apparently, anyone who is tagged as HhH (i.e., me) is also hated by the Wavoids. Clearly the Wavoids require little evidence to believe that I am HhH. This is understandable to me, since clearly the Wavoids have believed Wave's management based on little evidence.
hasher5, since you're not a Wavoid, I again ask you: what evidence do you have that I'm HhH?
