AMM) Copper King, RBS Sempra in deal

Copper King Mining Corp. has reached an agreement to sell all of the copper concentrate produced at its Milford, Utah, copper mill to RBS Sempra Commodities LLP, a metals trading joint venture between Sempra Energy and the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS).
The terms of the sale were not disclosed but Copper King said that the agreement, when fully executed, will supersede or replace any other prior sales agreements relating to copper ores or concentrates.
The company said it expects to extract 230 million pounds of copper, 115,100 ounces of gold and 11.5 million ounces of silver at the Milford project in the first five years of production, which started in January
