No, it's a typical penny stock play. FWIW, I'm a chartist and I'd say it should have broken through .02 this week but didn't, although the short term indicators are showing this would be the prime time to buy for a flip. Of course, if it goes below .013 it would be a quick dump.
Mind you, I'm certainly not recommending this sucker to anyone.
JMO, of course.
