Anyway, I believe that Archie is correct when he says that someone was cashing out heavy. However, I believe that the CEO may be doing the best he can. The company makes sense. If they can stop going to the trough and serving their own needs, the company should be able to lift the stock price to good territory.
In addition if the CEO wants any credibility at all, he will have to make moves not to dilute stock and move his company off the pinks onto a better stock market.
You need guys like Archie because he took the CEO to task.
