Thanks for getting back to me on the question I had concerning the Deed, If you could just help me out with one other thing I would greatly appreciate it. Is there anyway for me to find out what is on the Memorandum of Contract between Flat Rock and Enzyme Environmental ? Is Enzyme in the process of purchasing the property and Flat Rock holding the Mortgage? Once again thanks for your help and understanding in this matter

According to a recital on the deed a previous deed was recorded in error transferring the property to Enzyme Environmental, the deed you have asked about is transferring the property back to Flat Rock, although for your information there is a Memorandum of Contract between the two parties that is still in effect in regards to this property.
