The attorney did drop us once, but we had an "angel" drop a fair amount of money to get him back on the case (Thanks!). I'm personally liable for those fees and right now they are substantial. The biggest problem is that there's a core group that have been sending me money for the attorney fees and my trips, but quite a few others that haven't. We need to keep on top of his fees and I'm looking to go back to Abuja again within the next few weeks, so any help that can be provided by anyone would be appreciated.
As for court, an order what handed down that basically said that I need to show up in Chicago on July 21st to hand over my emails and such or have a good reason why I don't or they'll send the US Marshalls to pick me up and drag my ass to jail. I suppose some would think that's good news...
FYI, I organized a conference call with the creditor's committee today to discuss my activities in Nigeria.
