I think the last 2 posts here, life's and 5*'s addition are the best posts on here by far. That is unequivocally correct. Without an + in A/S, the pps will only rise, and could very well rise above XXXX's. Like I said b4, market forces will dictate the day. The only reason to + A/S would be to bring new investors or revenues(ie liquidation) into the fold. Both, imo, unnecessary. It has been stated that JD's intentions are 4 family, friends, the community, and long-term investors to prosper in his venture. The conversion by insiders who own huge blocks of restructed shares proves that. To raise a/s would b to hurt them, something he won't do. Down the road if the pps gets to an unimaginable level-which it could- then an + would make be in play, obviously not in the foreseable future. Again flippers and modest profit gainers sell to their folly. Great post guys.
