¶ 1 Global 8 Environmental Technologies, Inc. (Global 8) is an OTC reporting issuer under
BC Instrument 51-509 Issuers Quoted in the U.S. Over-the-Counter Markets.

¶ 2 Global 8 has not filed:

1. interim financial statements for the financial periods ended December 31, 2008 and
March 31, 2009, as required under Part 4 of National Instrument 51-102 Continuous
Disclosure Obligations (NI 51-102),

2. a comparative financial statement for its financial year ended September 30, 2008,
as required under Part 4 of NI 51-102,

3. a Form 51-102F1 Management's Discussion and Analysis for the periods ended
September 30, 2008, December 31, 2008 and March 31, 2009, as required under Part
5 of NI 51-102,

4. a Form 51-102F2 Annual Information Form for the year ended
September 30, 2008, as required under Part 6 of NI 51-102,

5. a copy of news releases and material change reports announcing changes in
management, as required under Part 7 of NI 51-102,

6. a copy of its news releases:

(a) dated December 3, 2008, December 8, 2008, and December 15, 2008 regarding
securities of Golden Bear Environmental Technologies, Inc.,
(b) dated May 12, 2009 regarding its arrangements with Go Green Finance Corp.,
and
(c) dated June 2, 2009 regarding a letter of intent to acquire an Ontario recycling
facility,

and related material change reports, as required under Part 7 of NI 51-102, and



7. a copy of the following documents that Global 8 filed with the U.S. Securities and
Exchange Commission:

(a) Form 8-K Current Report dated and filed October 1, 2008,
(b) Form 8-K Current Report dated and filed October 3, 2008,
(c) Form 8-K Current Report dated October 8, 2008 and filed October 9, 2008,
(d) Form 8-K Current Report dated May 25, 2009 and filed May 28, 2009, and
(e) Form 8-K Current Report dated June 3, 2009 and filed June 4, 2009,

as required under section 11.1 of NI 51-102,

(the required records).

¶ 3 Under section 164(1) of the Act, the Executive Director orders that all trading in the
securities of Global 8 cease until:

1. it files the required records, completed in accordance with the Act and rules, and

2. the Executive Director makes an order under section 171 of the Act revoking this
order.
