About what i expected. Well i would hope that at the very least the company would list on the otc bb since they are anticipating revenue. This way shareholders can verify the numbers in the form of an official sec filing. They can also verify the o/s shares as well.

Shaun resigns? Thats surprising. Every shareholder should demand to know how many shares heholds and are they restricted or free trading? Many times officers that leave a company start dumping shares. Hope thats not the case or that would be a double blow to shareholders in adddition to the reverse split.
