(PINKSHEETS: CADD) announces Petro Lind Drilling, Inc., a majority owned subsidiary of Caddo International, Inc. (CADD), announced that they have completed the drilling of two wells this month. Management went on to say that the Henderson No. 1 well has been drilled to a depth of 2938 feet.

A second well has been drilled on the Land Company Lease and casing is being set. There are three more locations that have been approved on this lease. Another location has been approved on the Hunter Mannies lease however it has not yet been drilled.

Management announced they heard from counsel and that it will take bit longer before the Petrolind spin-off shares will show up in the shareholders' accounts. Caddo Management expresses their sincere apology for the interruption in distributing the Petrolind spin-off Shares. Management and Corporate Counsel are in communication with the Security Exchange Commission to allow Caddo shares to trade.

Caddo is a provider of products and services to the Oil/Gas industry, integrating products/services through exploration, development, production, operation and maintenance in the Louisiana and Texas regions.
