z4: I disagree.

all in all only issue with this stock right now is the fear mongering going on so traders can take advantage of the weak longs

This stock still has the same "issues" it had when down near a penny. Increasing A/S, lack of transparency in share accounting, seemingly unexplainable price movement, etc.

Again ... go to Investopedia or other investing site and learn what issued, outstanding and treasury stock are because you don't know how they relate.
