MMRF ? -- I own MMRF and recieved my proxy for voting for increasing # of shares by like 650,000,000. Typically this seems like dilution but in this case most people on various boards are for it. Would greatly appreciate thoughts from those that have bee involved in this type of deal or those that know MMRF. Thanks.
