Sorry, TK, it doesn't. After the reverse merger (which is really broght us all here), CPRK had 2.5b; we are now at 4b. The 500m you refer to was basically a company with very little; WUCC brought the asset to the deal. BTW, I didn't mean any dis-respect with "dude".
