The fact is that Moro knows exactly what Inverness has done regarding RECAF up to March 31, 2009.

If Inverness does not proceed with RECAF and returns the product, it will no doubt take the stock to near zero. If Inverness is in fact currently working on RECAF, when those events become know via the initiation of trials etc, the stock would undoubtedly increase in price.

Question: Why is it a problem to get long term placement holders to invest when Moro could just have them sign an insider agreement and see those Inverness reports? I would guess right now that Moro does not want ANYONE to lay eyes on those Inverness reports. He no doubt regrets that Wittenberg had access to them.
