I believe many of you are correct to use logic statements to solve the complete puzzle. Unfortunately, I don't think we have enough solidified pieces to make an educated guess on what exactly is transpiring. Most notably, we cannot even begin to project exactly why the PPS continues to move erratically and becomes unresponsive to news.

However, I believe we are able to say that economics drives all human decision.

While there's numerous examples of incorrect reasoning, we all apply risk and reward to determine the most favorable result. Sometimes we learn something about our priorities in the process, but ultimately, we choose to accept a certain amount of risk for a gain.

The point I'm trying to get at is this: SPNG management has a lot more to gain by booking 18mm of orders a month, reducing share count, and making deals without public knowledge than they do with!

If you believe it is time for them to share, then logically you believe they are further down this road than they actually are.

Traditional pump and dumps simply have more to gain from pumping and dumping than they do from alternative business practices, such as created positive operating cash flow.

So: why issue restricted shares at a discount to RME when cash was absolutely necessary and retire a significant portion of them before hitting the open market?

There is only ONE logical answer to this, and that is to avoid dilution of the float and provide for easy repurchasing and retirement.

Again, logically, if SPNG needed or continues to need to issue additional shares to fund operations - they would do so by issuing shares to RME.

Accounts receivable are of a completely different nature now, and logically, we should now be collecting some of the larger months of last year's 50mm sales.

If SPNG indeed needs more funding than this, they are growing at an exceptionally rapid pace.

Either way, we can easily deduct several logical reasons to assume that no shares have been sold into the float.

That means that everything that you see, every post on this forum, every tick of the PPS is absolutely a product of buyers and sellers and reflects absolutely no change within the business.

All we know is what the PRs and filings say.

Forget the PPS.

Forget all the posts.

Especially forget this entirely useless post.

Forget the rumors

Forget the NSS
