80's - 90's surf clothing was very popular style with the kids - quicksilver, rip curl, billabong etc. but lately I see a huge move to MMA style clothing, Tapout, Affiliation etc. Look at Buckle.com 1.4 market cap. vs Pacific Sunwear of California - 200mil market cap.
