very low share structure 79 mil os, 100 mil as, 71 mil float.
Share structure has not changed in two months.

The company has ben very tight liped for a long time until 6/29/09 when Ben wanted to thank the share holders for being so loyal to the company.

They have filed 15c211 and 211 form to be up listed.

We should be hearing from them soon on the up listing and they want to schedual the first share holders some time in septembeer.
