Ok, correcty me if I am wrong. The NEW financing is worse than the old one and is going to get converted based of .001 NOT .002. plus they still need to finish the rest of the older conversion, thats at .002

So by 8-6 the R/S has to officially take place.

I breezed through it so I may be wrong. Thanks
