Well I agree up to a point. When they diluted shares after the run up (which was far from the 1st they had, there were 2 huge previous run ups) and they gagged the TA they had problems with credibility.

Once it was explained I understood, it was the best move for the company. I don't see as a pink how in a pool with all the other pinks Qs and all OTCs how they could have a credibility problem over that? If people don't like pinks then they can invest in fully reporting established companies.

They have open information and they have never told us anything that wasn't accurate as far as I know.

Of course they gagged when they were taking care of the raising of cash. The VC would never have agreed otherwise. No choice there.

The shares to value is very low, and the float is very low. They are paid up until the end of the year. All the numbers add up.

I don't have a problem with them, though some out there may. Anyone investing in a pink and really checking them out should see F-3 as excellent by comparison.

I could understand someone not trusting everything they said now, but if you have a problem with F-3 you're probably going to have much worse in other pinks.

I've never stuck with a pink more than a couple days, this is the first. There was a lot of thought and checking put into it, believe me.
