quite well. As for news on PV's court appearance...it was likely good for SLJB, or the majority here would've been shouting it from the roof tops 24/7.

I agree, the dissemination of any news by anything other than a direct communication to shareholders is not meant to reach all shareholders and therefore cannot be considered a shareholder update. The intent of using "Marketwire" is to update ALL shareholders and that was not even attempted.

Any news on PV's court appearance?
