Opinions please. I wasn't around before the .028 Hike that occured on the news that there was going to be a test signal in July. But I can't grasp how the pps is so low now, nowing that it's not a test signal, it's the real deal. We have carriers, some advertisement, and programming that is shapping up to be nice. Why are we not seeing those numbers now? Just wondering, I am sure there is a reason that I can't see, but then again, that's why I am asking.
