A rash response, perhaps you are young. Reducing the shares can neither be proved nor disproved. RCCH is an investment that is odd by all means of the word odd. Gene appears to be crafty like a wizard from the realm of light. I fore one believe, he will pull something off, something wonderful. And, those of us whom hold a few shares, when the ripening moment appears, shall make a meager profit. Of course meager is in the mind of the thinker.
