If this is a scam they are going to run the stock up anyway lol.
Would it pay to do a reverse merger into a shell and go through all this for what little volume has gone through so far? It is a well planned one if it is and will run up on completely false news.
They are talking about some pretty big stuff with supposedly many inquiries into franchising ect. It may be a scam but it is certainly not over if it is. The ceo buying shares at $3 means nothing to me though because uncle Frank and aunt Edna could have piled up on shares and are selling them. You never know. For that matter which posters here are hired by the MM's?
