unless privy to insider info, I'm not sure how anyone could/would have a clue as to what's going on.. I started buying a bit here and there just for patent potential.. not saying there is any, just a lotto is all..

the R/S deadline has come and gone, can they still do it, without another "shareholder" vote? I don't think so, UNLESS insiders hold 51% of OS then they can do whatever they want without our participation..

could they announce non-dilutive financing tomorrow and will the share price rocket, YES! is that a probability? ya never know!

I do like the effort that was put into their BRIEF and detail in their last filings (attorney expense had to be huge), someone means business.. it is too little too late? don't know!
