here is the response i got from his email address again...

We are filing a patent application which is why I have not specifically disclosed the entire embodiment of the invention. We are not going to disclose any proprietary information about our large processor even though we can enjoy a "grace period" for patents in North America because many countries do not honor North America 's grace period. Until our application is filed, we will not disclose an image or detailed information about it. We will be disclosing information about our smaller machine that simulates the larger one (to some degree). This smaller lab machine allows us to experiment with all the variables that affect the larger processor, and without having to process 15 tons of plastics for results. We are receiving a gas chromatograph machine on July 14, 2009, and will report our output then. The smaller machine proves the processing time and abilities which will prove our abilities.

To answer your question about securing the technology: Even with a patent in place, there are those who will not honor one and proceed to copy. China and Japan are always copying North America 's technology. Last time I was in Japan , it was difficult to find something that hadn't been replicated. That said, we will not be patenting the catalysts used in our technology. We are looking to buy a chemical supplier so that we can mask our catalyst composition within its business. Our technology can be secured the same way I have secured my tape drive technology and the same way Coke safeguards their formulas - no disclosure.

From a mechanical perspective, we are not reinventing the wheel. Plastic to furnace oil is being done in 3rd world countries. Their machines massively pollute the environment and exhaust dioxins in many cases. They also use a lot of energy so their systems would not be useful here. They can only run the systems economically because they are paying their workers $0.33/hr or less. -- and that is another reason why you don't see them in the US or Canada .

Our catalyst enables us to run at a lower temperature and crack the plastic into hydrocarbons much faster than is presently being done. This is key to reduce energy costs and labor.

Lastly, I believe it is important to advise you that this all doesn't happen overnight. It takes time to build a solid infrastructure, a plug and play system and put controls in place. The machines cost upwards of $90,000US. Our first large-volume system is being shipped to us on July 10, 2009. In addition it will take approx 6 welders, construction workers, and assemblers about 3 weeks to assemble our first machine. We will document and optimize the process for future franchisees. It's only then that we can build on our growth model. That said, I believe we have the technology and business plan in place to execute it.

We will be disclosing our efficiencies through a demonstration of our small processor shortly after the gas chromatograph arrives.

You may wish to attend our annual meeting that will be announced shortly. A couple of significant investment banks/VC have contacted me about attending our AGM to do DD. That said, we are working _very_ quickly to get the patent application in and the large processor functional.

“ Hi I am a very interested investor but other people and I have a few concerns.”

With respect to this statement, please invest when you are comfortable with our disclosure and technology. We are not VC funded, we have no selling pressure and we are in this for the long-term. Many investors have been to our site and I believe (and have been advised) that most are holding for the long-term so buying in any volume is near impossible. Our NOBO list shows we have in excess of 300 shareholders.
