Syndication Inc. (Pink Sheets: SYNJ.PK), reports that Pinnacle Energy Inc. was established by Syndication as a wholly owned subsidiary on September 19th of 2008. For 6 months the Company has been un-officially working to set up the new subsidiary for the purpose of exploiting the opportunities fostered by the recent birth of the Alternative Energy Industry. "It's time to make it official. Over the next couple of weeks I will be asking the BOD to authorize me to take the necessary actions to staff and propose the budget requirements for the new division.
