Good point to which most longs have probably wondered.

If it was just about loaning them money and making it back at modest returns I could see that but...

I believe that they have changed their plans in the process. Normal business of bleeding companies to death and then finding one that had nines lives was a gift that they probably didn't see.

After seeing the glass with NEOM in their office, I believe that they also realized that their normal MO struck gold with NEOM and they had a keeper!
