just for information purposes, my shares owned previously are showing a cusip, however the new shares I bought are showing the symbol. It looks like two different positions, but of course it is not. I was able to buy at etrade. I did not try today. However yesterday they said if there is a problem they will allow you to talk to the trading desk. That does take some time though to get thru their system. That was etrade. Hope that helps. I think it is a mess for today and will relolve itself.
