How many does he "need" to sell daily? And exactly how do you "know" this information?

From the technicals the plunging accum/dist and OBV points to dilution. It sure would be nice to hear about the business plans of how that is going to be executed and conducted versus updates on Twitter about how many after parties were attended by our CEO.
