Any agreement shows favourable circumstance for both parties otherwise it would be a disagreement.

Furthermore because it isn't finalized you infer it will never be an Agreement.

For your information a Tentative Agreement is inked and forms a basis for any finalized Agreement eventually settled once all details have been worked out.

You can't have a final Agreement without first having a Tentative Agreement.

They are just reasonable steps to complete the Process.

It seems to me you are trying to invoke panic, gloom and doom as always, simply because they have only inked a Tentative agreement.

How many naysayers were carrying on because there was no buyer for the concentrate.

Apparently there is at least one party clearly interested in doing just that with excellant contacts, funding and international markets.

We have a product and soon to be products they purchase and sell to others.

The basis for a long term agreement is certainly beneficial for both parties which is probably why they have already come into agreement of any sort.

Wonder why you don't recognize that.
