Mind explaining your definition of toxic financing? In black and white it says they acquired CSD using restricted shares at .25 - they assumed some minor debt in exchange for LOTS of merchandise, and also ASSUME the 3.3 million per year in revenues that CSD generates, along with 27 college contracts, deals with the Dallas Cowboys, Stars, Texas Rangers, Dallas Mavericks and several others...

If this is toxic, I hope there's a drink mix so I can add it to my champagne very soon!
