I agree, there is alot of impatient people out there. I think people are reading bad news into the court delays. Perhaps they are worried that their shares will be diluted or cancelled. Investors need to have patience, things happen slowly in bankruptcy. There is nothing to suggest things are getting worse for Chemtura, quite to the contrary. All evidence suggests Chemtura is getting stronger. With a whole slew of courts events happening this month, investors need to hang in there. Your patience will be rewarded!
